ESL Lesson #33 - Another Busy Day

It's 8 o'clock and I am definitely ready for bed. I had such a busy day today. I had to wake up very early. I had tennis practice in the morning. I have a big tournament next weekend. It is for the championship. Afterward, my mom and I went to a shopping center to buy a birthday gift for my best friend, Sally. I picked a sweater in her favorite color. Then, I went home to take a shower. We had to leave for the birthday party after my shower. We went roller skating. I had so much fun. At the roller skating rink, we ordered pizza and had cake and ice cream. After dinner, she opened her presents. She really liked my gift. My dad picked me up at the rink. On the way home, my dad's car got a flat tire. He changed it with the spare tire in the trunk. We finally arrived home.
